Memory

25 01 2009

I’m constantly amazed by how much disk space you can buy for so little money these days.

For example: I’ve owned a portable hard drive for the last couple of years. It holds 128 MB of memory – I use it to store my resume and some interesting things to read. This morning, I wondered, just in passing, how much it would cost to buy a larger portable memory stick.

I was amazed: a 4 GB pocket hard drive now costs only $8.99, and an 8GB hard drive costs $16.99. I think I’m going to upgrade.
