Fringe 2011 report #2

8 07 2011

Two more shows – good house on Thursday night (25 or so), but we ran two minutes over, so we had to cut some stuff. Friday afternoon, we had a small (16) but appreciative audience that laughed in all the right places. To reduce the heat, Hart House has supplied two badass fans that look like giant propellers; we can’t run them during the show, as they are too loud.

Line of the day today (again, slightly paraphrased):
SCOTT (talking about taking the train to New York): And then I woke up, and I looked outside, and there was a field full of old airplane toilets.
CARY (immediately): That was Flushing.
