“Emulsified” by Rex Garvin & The Mighty Cravers

Here’s a fun song to get over those Monday blahs:

This song was released in 1961, and was later covered by Yo La Tengo. (Wikipedia informs me that an emulsion is a mixture of two liquids that normally do not mix together. So there you go.)

Rex Garvin was a singer and songwriter who was born in New York City in 1937. He started his career helping out a girl group called The Hearts, who later become The Jaynetts. Garvin last recorded in 1971.
