Do the Conservatives not want young people to vote?

According to the Guelph Mercury, the Conservatives apparently tried to invalidate a special poll held at the University of Guelph.

All I can say is this: voting is an absolute democratic right. If you can’t vote in one place, vote somewhere else. Loudly demand the right to vote, if you have to. Don’t let anyone stop you.
